		<description>Wonderful house.  I agree with the comment about the hipped roof being a later addition.  I don&#039;t know why there is such ignorance about and hatred toward flat roofs.  The roofs can&#039;t be blamed for an owner&#039;s negligence.  With proper maintenace, a flat roof can go without leaks for decades.</description>

		<description>What a gem!&lt;br/&gt;That hip roof just doesn&#039;t fit though. I&#039;d bet anything it had a flat roof originally. Someone got tired of chasing the leaks, so the hip was built over the top.</description>
