    The sales center for the Jacob Development Group closed up shop last year. When Downtown loft development took a nosedive, they didn’t even have time to remove the Christmas tree from the window of The Bogen.

      I think it would have done better if the name didn’t sound so much like “Booger.” All of these buildings had perfectly good historic names already; now downtown sounds like one big pharmaceutical ad. What the hell is a Ventana anyway?
